The Multiverse Bar™, the name says it all. Multiple-versatility in one specialized squat bar.
The Multiverse Bar™ provides up to 24 different exercise modes in one single safety squat barbell. Which is easily adjusted by the spring-pin mechanism. This allows for up to 6 differently angled positions of approximately 30 degrees of difference in angles. By doing so, the weight distribution is changed which allows you to engage more of your core and legs depending on the angle and difficulty level chosen!
6 Different Modes to hit every part of your legs to maximize your gains! :
- HINGE - Ideal for hip hinge movements such as good mornings and even using on a hyperextension machine! or for learning hip hinge techniques.
- LOW - Ideal for emulating the Low Bar Squat
- HIGH - Ideal for emulating the standard High Bar Squat
- SSB - Distributes the weight for use as a traditional safety squat bar
- FRONT SQ - Distributes the weight to emulate the benefits of a front squat without the limitations.
- GOBLET - Perfectly emulates the benefits of a kettlebell/dumbbell goblet squat.
The second adjustment mechanism allows for modifying the position of the weight sleeve, or distance between the center of mass of the weight and the bar on the lifter's back. The colour-coded (black to red) label on the weight side frames can be changed in a second to increase or decrease difficulty using 6 angled positions.
